Event Details
Enjoy yoga in a safe and supportive environment while learning postures and exercises specifically suited for new parents and babies from new to crawling age.
The class is focused on the parent, through movement exercises and songs for babies are included in the class. Mats and other yoga props are provided.
Mondays, May 6th through June 24th
Session A: 1:00pm - 2:15pm
Session B: 2:30pm - 3:45pm
