Event Details
Young children develop and refine motor skills, and lay the foundations of math, spatial relations, sequencing and dramatic play with this classic building toy. Facilitated play encourages children to experiment, collaborate with other children, and use their intuitive powers.
Ages 3-4.
6 Mondays: September 15th - October 27th, 2014. 10am-11am.
This multi-week, tuition-based class requires pre-registration.
Douglas Van Horn, a parks programming leader at BPCPC since 1999, holds a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Bank Street College of Education and has taught at City and Country School and Bank Street School for Children.
