Dana Kirkham – CEO REDI

Dana Kirkham is the CEO for the Regional Economic Development for Eastern Idaho (REDI).  Established in April 2015, REDI is a public/private partnership established to help diversify and strengthen the economies of the fourteen counties of Eastern Idaho by retaining and attracting business to the region. 

As CEO of REDI, Ms. Kirkham will work closely with community partners to promote economic development through expansion of existing business and by implementing a focused consistent marketing program to attract new businesses to the region.

Prior to joining REDI, Ms. Kirkham served as the Mayor of the City of Ammon. She served two terms on the Ammon City council, six of those years as the Council President. She serves on the Regional Development Alliance and as Board Chair of the Idaho Innovation Center. She is a member of the Energy Communities Alliance (ECA), the International Economic Development Council (IEDC), the Idaho Economic Development Association (IEDA), and the Industrial Asset Management Council (IAMC). 


Jan Rogers  – Consultant

Jan Rogers is the founder and original CEO of the Regional Economic Development for Eastern Idaho (REDI). Jan retired from her role as CEO June 2018. Ms. Rogers continues to support REDI in an advisory position and as a consultant on special projects. 

Prior to joining REDI, Ms. Rogers was the Executive Director for the Southern Idaho Economic Development Organization (SIEDO) for 14 years.  She has also spoken or participated as a panelist at several national, state and local economic development conferences. Since 2013, Rogers has been invited by the International Economic Development Council (IEDC) and the U.S. government’s business investment initiative, SelectUSA, to attend the annual White House Economic Development Forum.  Ms. Rogers is currently on the board of directors of the International Economic Development Council (IEDC) and is also past president of the Idaho Economic Development Association (IEDA).
