Jan Rogers  – CEO REDI

Jan Rogers is the CEO for the Regional Economic Development for Eastern Idaho (REDI).  Established in April 2015, REDI is a public/private partnership established to help diversify and strengthen the economies of the fourteen counties of Eastern Idaho by retaining and attracting business to the region.

As CEO of REDI, Ms. Rogers will work closely with community partners to promote economic development through expansion of existing business and by implementing a focused consistent marketing program to attract new businesses to the region.

Prior to joining REDI, Ms. Rogers was the Executive Director for the Southern Idaho Economic Development Organization (SIEDO) for 14 years.  She has also spoken or participated as a panelist at several national, state and local economic development conferences. Since 2013, Rogers has been invited by the International Economic Development Council (IEDC) and the U.S. government’s business investment initiative, SelectUSA, to attend the annual White House Economic Development Forum.  Ms. Rogers is currently on the board of directors of the International Economic Development Council (IEDC) and is also past president of the Idaho Economic Development Association (IEDA).


Darlene Gerry

Darlene Gerry manages special projects for REDI.  From April to September 2015, she served as the Interim Executive Director for REDI and, in 2012 she also served as the Interim Executive Director the Bannock Development Corporation.  Darlene has worked as the Executive Director of Innovation, an Associated General Counsel and a Visiting Instructor for Idaho State University.  She was the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for AMI Semiconductor from 2003 to 2008 and she held various in-house legal positions at the IBM Corporation from 1987 to 2000.  She also worked as an Assistant District Attorney in Portland Maine from 2000 to 2003.  She graduated summa cum laude from Western New England University School of Law in 1984 and earned a B.A. in Criminal Justice from the University of Southern Maine in 1981.


Josh Wise

Josh grew up in Victor, Idaho enjoying the wonderful recreation opportunities this area provides. He attended college at Eastern Oregon University where he got his Bachelor’s degree in Business administration with a dual focus in tourism and management. He also completed his Masters of Business Administration at EOU. He is happy to be back in the area and looks forward to the continual success of the region.


Molly Swallow

Molly Swallow is a resident of Pocatello and has been in Eastern Idaho for over 25 years. After graduating from Blackfoot High School, she studied Biology at Idaho State University in Pocatello where she earned a bachelor’s degree in biology. She is experienced in supporting all types of businesses with their financial endeavors. Molly has always been involved in the communities she lives. She is a Rotarian and sits on the Idaho State University Bengal Athletic Booster Board. She has been awarded multiple honors over the years and was recognized in 2015 by the Idaho State Journal as a Southeastern Idaho Professional of the Year. Molly looks forward in supporting Eastern Idaho’s economic growth. In Molly’s free time she enjoys spending time with her family and two daughters.
